Abstract
The wind chill process for FGH96 turbine disk was simulated and studied by using the commercial CFD software. The distribution of parameters such as temperature and cooling rate were analyzed quantitatively. The results showed that the temperature distribution in radial and circumferential directions of disk was more homogeneous in the case using single fan than that in the case using three fans. The results of wind field showed that the cooling rate when using single fan was higher.
