Abstract
Operational reliability is the basis of ensuring the safe and economic operation of civil aircraft, S5000F (international code for in service data and feedback) provides an opportunity for the systematic study of reliability analysis and feedback and life cycle management of civil aircraft. This paper interprets the S5000F specification. Firstly, the background and purpose of S5000F are described. Then, the main content of S5000F specification and related business process are introduced. Finally, the application of S5000F specification in reliability analysis and feedback of civil aircraft operation is discussed. Based on S5000F specification, the business process of civil aircraft operation data collection is sorted out, and a data-based operation reliability analysis framework is formed, which provides effective guidance for life cycle management.
