Abstract

Compressive property of porous metals was analyzed and the latest research progress of this field in recent years was emphatically introduced. Moreover, effects of compressive property on performance of porous metals were discussed. The energy absorption capacity of porous metals in compression process was emphasized. Finally, limitation of research on compressive property for porous metals was put forward.
