Research on dynamic reconfiguration of manufacturing resources for e-manufacturing system

Abstract

The traditional dynamic reconfiguration of the manufacturing resources rarely discussed the reconfiguration model of manufacturing processes information between manufacturing systems, machines and manufacturing cells. To deal with this problem, based on extending the dynamic configuration model of traditional manufacturing resources and combining the theory of fuzzy cluster, the grouping model of the manufacturing tasks under a certain batch and diversified process plans was studied. At the same time, the information reconfiguration model of manufacturing systems, dynamic manufacturing cells and machines, as well as the information tracing of manufacturing processes, were discussed. The research has laid foundation for flexible manufacturing and digital production. Finally, the prototyping system was verified.
