Abstract

A molecular composite (MC) is a polymer blend in which a high-rod polymer is molecularly dispersed in the matrix of a flexible-chain polymer. The major obstacle to attaining a molecular composite, however, is the homogenous miscibility. Four approaches to prepare MC and some improving methods of MC were reviewed in detail, characters, category and components of molecular composite were introduced.
