Abstract
As a starting material to produce BaTiO3 ceramic, BaCO3 fine powders (<1 f m in diameter) are required. In this paper, how to transform 2-3 f m length viraulate BaCO3 microlite into 0.2-0.8 f m globose particle is discussed. The factors that affect aggregation and dispersion in fine powder are experienced. Special equipment is introduced to this process. The particle diameter is determined by the SEM micrograph. The whole process is a simple method.
