Abstract

A test system is proposed, which can be applied to processes of designing, commissioning and other tests for the power unit of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV). The working principle, software/hardware design and key technologies of this system are specifically introduced. Reliability of various functions of the system is examined and assessed through repeated engine tests, which indicates that, the system can control the engine stably and the data measured can reflect changes in parameters authentically. This system, meeting all requirements for performance testing, commissioning and maintenance of the engine, is suitable for the process of designing, commissioning and other tests for power units of small aircrafts.
