Abstract

The form of future warfare is mainly cluster operations. Research on the combat capability of submarine clusters plays an important role in improving overall operational effectiveness. In order to evaluate the operational effectiveness of the submarine cluster torpedo weapon system, the main factors affecting the combat effectiveness of the submarine cluster system are analyzed. The operational effectiveness index system of the submarine cluster system is established and the evaluation model is given. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the performance index, and the analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the weight of the indicator system. The combination of the two is used to evaluate the operational effectiveness of the submarine cluster torpedo weapon system.
