Abstract

The electrochemical properties of hydrogen storage alloys were significantly improved through coating a molybdenum nano-film. The encapsulated electrodes with a Mo nano film have the superior cycle life than the original, the coated electrode exhibits a much better anticorrosion ability and the higher electrochemical activity. In addition, the reactions and mechanisms of discharge process were also investigated.
