Abstract

Along with the analysis of the effectiveness of NCW in cognitive domain, the difficulty and main research content of effectiveness evaluation of NCW was investigated. A knowledge function was proposed to portray the relation of information sharing and uncertainty quantitatively. The deterioration of network redundancy was modeled using complexity theory. An integrated effective function was given to evaluate the information sharing and network complexity. Simulation results reflect the effectiveness of the proposed method.
