Abstract

According to the problem that solid rocket motor index system is complex and difficult to evaluate, and the ability of traditional quality function deployment (QFD) method to deal with uncertainty and fuzzy is weak, a method for comprehensive rating technical characteristics of solid rocket motor based on fuzzy QFD is established with the introduction of α-cut fuzzy weighted average technical feature fuzzy numbers. The method characterizes the evaluation process by triangular fuzzy number. Since the fuzzy number membership function of the importance of technical characteristics was not explicitly known, it is prioritized for the technical characteristics by averaging level cut to defuzzify. Compared with the traditional QFD method, this method can handle more complex system uncertainty with better objectivity and robustness, and it is useful to provide reference for solid rocket motor design decisions.
