Abstract

Aiming at the bending and torsion deformation of the blade, the sampling measurement methods for isoperimetric, equal arc length and equal chord height were researched, and Computer Aided Design (CAD) section profile of the blade was dispersed by using above three methods. After translating, rotating and adding noise, the discrete point set was taken as the measurement section data for the blade bending and torsion deformation. Through singular value decomposition and iterative closest point algorithm, the section outline between the measurement section data and CAD model was registered, and the torsion as well as the translation relative to CAD model were calculated. By means of comparing with the theoretical value, the corresponding precision of the three different sampling methods for the blade bending and torsion was obtained. Based on simulation data and real measurement data, the experiment of blade section model registration was performed, and several guidelines for measurement sampling methods were summarized to guide the blade bending and twisting deformation analysis.
