Abstract

The wing-fuselage connector plays an important role in force transmitting of airplane structure. To meet the requirement of load carrying capacity, material plasticity is usually taken into consideration. A connector is analyzed to acquire the stress distribution of joint parts with a typical boundary condition. In order to improve load bearing performance, the original connector model is changed by replacing sleeve with gasket. The influence of the gap between lugs is discussed. Through the simulation, it can be found that the changed connector structure form works more effectively.
