Life cycle cost modeling of fuzzy principal component method for weapon system

Abstract

Parameter method is often used in Life Cycle Cost modeling of weapon system, and Least Squares Estimate is most often used in Parameter method. It is proposed to use Fuzzy Principal Component Method in life cycle cost modeling of weapon system. As an example, a Life Cycle Cost model is set up by this method. Result indicates that Fuzzy Principal Component Method can improve multicollinearity of Least Squares Estimate. At the same time, this method has practical value.
