Abstract

In this paper, a new image recognition method using Radon transform is proposed, some of the interesting properties of the Radon transform is studied. 2-D image moment invariant using Radon transform is constructed. According to the data in the transform space, singular value decomposition (SVD) is proposed to obtain rotational invariant. Simulation results are given to obtain insight into the efficiencies offered by our method.
