Abstract
Producing cost of torpedo decreases with the increase of output. GM(1, 2) model of the grey system theory is improved by using the experience of the exponential relationship between producing cost and cumulative output. Original data is used to set up model and will not be accumulated. A grey model of producing cost and cumulative output of torpedo is set up by this method. Result indicates that this model can achieve satisfactory precision. At the same time, it has practical value.
