Abstract
Control loading system is one of the important components for a flight simulator, and it supplies fidelity force-feeling to pilots. According to the flight control system's principle, the simulation means of the flight control system in flight simulator were given, and three channels lower frictional hydraulic driven digital control loading system were developed. Rapid Control Prototyping technology and Matlab/Simulink graphic program language were used to build the real time control system based on the mathematical model, in order to solve the shortcoming of long time consuming and debugging difficulty used C++ and VC. Experiments have provided that PD control arithmetic was valid. The characteristic of the control loading system is small error and good tracking performance, and it has been applied to flight simulator prototype system.
