Abstract
The flow morphology in melt filling in thin-walled aluminum alloy plate was simulated in low pressure casting. Furthermore, the effects of filling pressure, lift velocity and cavity thickness on filling behavior in low pressure casting were approached, and the processing parameters were presented, which provided a reference to precisely control the process of low pressure casting.
