Abstract

In order to find the optimal coordination strategy to cooperate electronic warfare systems and fire strike systems within time, spatial and frequency domains, a cooperation framework with a command and control centre is built as the key decision making unit. The effective operational models of hardkill/softkill weapons are firstly established in time, spatial and frequency domains. Then a set of possible cooperation strategies is obtained based on current battlefield situation. After that, a Markov dynamic decision making algorithm is used to identify the real-time optimal cooperation strategy of hardkill/softkill actions by interactively optimizing the integrated operational effectiveness of the whole process. Finally, the command and control centre interprets the decision result to concrete operational and tactical parameters and related actions are executed. Simulation results show that the model is able to get a real-time optimal cooperation strategy of hardkill/softkill weapons in a dynamic battlefield situation.
