Abstract
Digital technology can be used to support and improve assembly executing for improving producing efficiency and quality of service. A digital platform for the assembly executing process of complicate product is presented. The 3-D method is used to improve the intelligibility of the assembly process. A computing intelligence method is used to select the suitable single component for the important part and a method based on multi-BOM(Bill of material) integration is used to control the quality and the process of the assembly operation. An application system is built based on the platform and technologies mentioned above and is applied to an aero-enterprise.
