Abstract
Dielectric behavior of lead zinc niobate (PZN) based ferroelectric ceramics is carefully studied between - 100 and 20013 in cooling and heating measurements. The zero-field spontaneous and field-induced relaxornormal ferroelectric transitions are observed in this ferroelectric system. X-ray diffraction examinations under different temperatures demonstrate that the micro-macrodomain transition corresponds to rhombohedral-tetragonal first-order phase switching. The region of the (0.9 - x) Pb(Zn1/3Nb2/3)O3-0. 1BaTiO3-xPbTiO3 (0.0≤x≤0.2) phase diagram is established through analysis of structure and dielectric behavior associated with changes in temperature and composition.
