Abstract
In order to improve the performance operation for various aluminum castings, a multi-functional counter-gravity casting device for aluminum alloy was developed. Key structure of the device consists of two sealed-in jar, i. e. the upper jar and the nether one, in which fuzzy algorithm treated integral-separated PID is taken as control project of the control system, and combined valve controlled by digital signal is adopted as the executive unites of the pneumatic system. Three counter-gravity castings methods including lowpressure casting, differential-pressure casting and vacuum- assisted pressure casting can be accomplished by combining the control system with the main body of equipment, improving the practicability of the countergravity casting equipment.
