Abstract

Sections 1 through 4 of the full paper give the explanation of: ″the missions of and the requirements on the simulation system, the construction of the small-sized hardware-in-the-loop simulation system based on RT-LAB, and the procedure for simulation experiment.″ Section 5 gives the digital simulation results and the hardware-in-the-loop ones, and the contrast of these two types of simulation results. The results and their constrast, presented in Figs. 4, 5 and 6, and their analysis indicate preliminarily that: (1) the simulink model can be applied to the hardware-in-the-loop simulation system based on RT-LAB conveniently and rapidly; (2) the difficulty of establishing the system is reduced; (3) the development period is shortened; (4) the flexibility and reliability of the simulation system are enhanced.
