Design and parameter solving method of direct-connected RBCC flow simulation system

Abstract

A direct-connected RBCC ground experimental system with injection modality was introduced, and its flow simulation was designed. Determination of flow parameters and calculation method of motor thrust were investigated, and the thrust model was established; the system was in-situ calibrated. The results show that under the pressurized condition of tube, thrust measured by sensor presents linear relation with that under in-situ calibration, but it is independent of the total flow pressure in the tube. The system design cant cause uncertain disturbance to the thrust, moreover it has the sealing effect.
