Abstract

To guarantee the consistency, integrity and traceability of product data during the process of civil aircraft engine collaborative development, the module based civil aircraft engine configuration management method and colored Petri nets based process modeling method for configuration management were proposed. By decomposing the configuration item which took as core, the structure of civil aircraft engine product was obtained based on master model. And the Configuration Management-Colored Petri Nets (CM-CPN) model for civil engine configuration management was established. On these basis, the modeling for engine configuration management under "lord manufacturers-suppliers" collaborative development was implemented and configuration change control model of civil aircraft engine based on CM-CPN was set up. The proving system of civil aircraft engine configuration management was built based on Teamcenter, and the effectiveness and feasibility of the method were verified by implementing a compressor rotor configuration change control.
