Abstract

In the full paper, we apply the single pixel imaging to the generation of infrared images to obtain some pertinent information on missile guidance. We point out that the high resolution of single pixel imaging can accomplish multi-spectral imaging and has remarkable effect on improving the imaging effects of the seeker and resisting its infrared decoy and background interference because of its obvious advantages over the focal plane array imaging in terms of costs of imaging. We also use the pseudo-random code optimization algorithm to drastically reduce the times of DMD deflection and to achieve the imaging of 100 frames per second by reducing the size of tracking window. We conclude that it is feasible to apply the single pixel imaging to missile guidance.
