Abstract
In order to investigate the heat-fluid coupling of pipes in aero-engine lubrication system, the flow and heat transfer characteristics of main components were analyzed, and the important energy equation of component was added. Combined with the continuity and momentum equations, the heat-fluid coupling model was established for lubrication pipeline system. Using the simulation tool box Simulink of MATLAB, the coupling calculation model of oil supply line was built. After simulation calculation, oil flow rate, temperature and pipe wall temperature were obtained. Results were verified by commercial software Flowmaster, showing that the maximum error of oil flow rate is less than 3%, as well as the temperature. Besides, the maximum error of pipe wall temperature does not exceed 2.4%. Thus, the model established has good simulation accuracy, and can be used to analyze the characteristics of aero-engine lubrication system considering heat transfer.
