Abstract

Wilson-θ method is used to study dynamic behavior of a system with pseudo-viscous friction energy dissi-pators on flexible foundation. The influence of the flexible foundation on the behavior of the system is investigated, and the influence of varying of the energy dissipator parameters on the anti-vibration behavior of the system is analyzed particularly. Some conclusions are given, and a theoretic basis is provided for engineering application of such kind of dissipators.
