Abstract
To study the effects of the technological parameters on quality of workpiece, such as enlargement of diameter and out of dimensional tolerance, the 3D large deformation elastoplastic finite element method was used to simulate the tangential flow of metal under tube spinning. The effects of process parameters, such as reduction in thickness, feed and roller angle, on tangential flow of metal were analyzed. The results of numerical simulation are consistent with the experimental results.
