Abstract

Sections 1 through 4 of the full paper explain the layout design mentioned in the above title. Section 3 is entitled "aerodynamic design of airfoils"; it is divided into subsections 3.1 and 3.2. Section 4 is entitled "aerodynamic design and performance of wing"; it is divided into subsections 4.1 and 4.2. Wind tunnel test results and simulation results, both presented in Figs. 3 through 5 and Table 1, and their analysis show preliminarily that the aerodynamics design methods and CFD tools used in this paper are suitable for airfoil and wing layout design of flying wing UAV.
