Abstract

The air pressure reducer belongs to the control accessory of the aero-engine. It mainly senses the pressure drop ratio of the turbine and adjusts it by the anti-pressure action of the internal flow channel. This paper analyzes the working characteristics of the air pressure reducer. The four working sections of the pressure reducer were proved by theory. The relationship between the structural parameters of the pressure reducer and the performance of the pressure reduction ratio was found, which provided a theoretical basis for the manufacture and use of the pressure reducer. In order to make the theoretical conclusions of this paper more convincing, this paper also uses CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) to simulate the pressure reducer model. The simulation results show that the theoretical results are correct and reliable.
