Abstract

An analysis and research on propagative mechanism of detonation wave in combustion of blended gases is carried out. Meantime, a method to determine velocity of detonation wave is put forward, and calculation of characteristic parameters of detonation wave produced in blended gas combustion of liquid fuel (gasoline, kerosene) -air is made. All these are made in order to provide theoretical bases for design, analysis of working principle, priperty and cycle, and experimental research of pulsed detonation engines.
