A Method of Improving Active Impedance Matching of Phased Array Antennas Based on Self-Induced Current

Abstract

A method of improving active impedance matching of phased array antennas based on self-induced current in planar array is proposed. To modify the coupling-induced currents on antenna elements, we introduced self-induced currents on the operating elements. This method is simply verified and proved to be feasible in this work.
