Abstract

Mechanical duration on the bionic aircraft makes an important role in total lifetime and reliability. In our study, a complete degradation analysis aimed at flapping hinge mechanism is accomplished. Thanks to the convenience of software LMS Virtual Lab, we have achieved adaptive computation of virtual dynamic deduction under our random samples. Statistic inference is made afterwards under different assumptions of stochastic process so as to illustrate the influence from model selection. Three groups of parameters arel. collected based on GPQ method. The estimation to reliability and MTTF prediction of mechanism is eventually obtained.
