N2 - The immiscible high-entropy alloy has both the phase separation characteristics of immiscible alloys and the performance advantages of high entropy alloys, which is a newly developed research direction.Through the regulation of composition and solidification process, the immiscible high entropy alloy system can generate phase separation structure after solidification in immiscible gap, achieving unique properties superior to other conventional alloys. Therefore, immiscible high entropy alloys have important scientific research value and broad application prospects.The research status of immiscible high entropy alloys was summarized, and the factors affecting the phase separation of immiscible high entropy alloys as well as the means to regulate the phase separation behavior were analyzed. Moreover, future development of immiscible high entropy alloys was proposed.
