Abstract
Aiming at the characteristics of wide propellant regulation range and various regulation modes of RBCC, a hydrogen peroxide/kerosene electric pump supply system with simple structure and simple control method is proposed to replace the traditional turbopump system.According to the characteristics of high temperature instability and medium compatibility of hydrogen peroxide medium, the integrated structure design of hydrogen peroxide electric centrifugal pump based on motor drive was carried out, and the design and analysis of hydrogen peroxide pump were carried out with the goal of high power weight ratio.Aiming at the problem that hydrogen peroxide medium is subject to high temperature and explosion, the hydrogen peroxide cooling channel is established to control the temperature of each heat generating part in the pump by using the pressure difference between the centrifugal pump inducer and the pump inlet.The pump external characteristics and cooling flow field under multiple conditions are simulated by Pumplinx.The calculation results show that the pump has good hydraulic characteristics and the hydrogen peroxide temperature is within the safe range.The analysis shows that the structure design scheme of hydrogen peroxide electric pump is feasible.
