Abstract

In order to solve the problem of over assessment or under assessment in the ground vibration test of a missile and its key products, a method was proposed for revising and evaluating the ground vibration conditions based on the telemetry data. Firstly, the quantitative evaluation of vibration response of key products was realized through the power spectrum analysis of ground vibration data and telemetry data, combined with the vibration response margin index. Secondly, the variation law of vibration response of key products in the ground vibration test, simulation analysis and flight test were reasonably evaluated by vibration response margin index. Finally, the inflection point frequency was selected according to the power spectrum curve of telemetry data, and the ground vibration test conditions were revised to reduce the root mean squared value of vibration response of key products from 5.7 g of the national military standard to 3.4 g, so as to avoid the phenomenon of low frequency under assessment and high-frequency over assessment. The effectiveness of the vibration conditions determined in this paper was verified by the vibration response margin index. The rationality of ground vibration tests for key products could be evaluated by random response analysis and vibration response margin index.
