摘要

The traditional water-lubricated bearings are unable to respond to the large impact, severe wear and abnormal vibration of the rotating shaft system under extreme working conditions. The paper studies the lubrication behaviors and supporting effects of a new bearing. The tribo-dynamic behaviors of the bearing-shaft system are investigated. New coupling tribo-dynamic model under different lubrication regimes is constructed. The variation rules under typical conditions and parameters are analyzed. The dynamic performances in the mixed lubrication and the hydrodynamic lubrication stages are compared. The vibration mechanisms are revealed. The results indicate that the components of supporting characteristics of the bearing differ corresponding to the lubrication stages. Research provides theoretical basis and experimental guidance for the practical application of the novel multi-liner water-lubricated marine bearings.
