The experimental investigation in the effects of film cooling holes shape on discharge coefficient

摘要

The effects of different hole shape, second flow Reynolds numbers and blowing rate on the discharge coefficient of film cooling holes have been investigated. Experiments on dust-pan shaped hole, cone-shaped hole and round hole are conducted with second flow Reynolds number ranging from 10000 to 25000 and blowing rate ranging from 0.3 to 2.0. Measurements are taken for 26 conditions.
