摘要
In order to broaden the interval of two successive ignitions with which the detonation wave was initiated, 2-D numerical simulation was conducted to observe the process of detonation initiated by three successive ignitions and two successive ignitions with obstacles. Stoichiometric propane-air mixture was used as the fuel-oxidizer. The result of the simulation indicated that better detonation initiation performance was obtained by three successive ignitions and obstacles. The comprehensive function of pressure waves generated by different ignition, the transverse waves and local thermal points generated by the obstacles, can all promote the performance of detonation initiation. The ignition time interval of the ignitions was widen by utilizing three successive ignitions with both of the ignition triggering methods.
