摘要
Five TiAl-based alloys (Ti-50Al, Ti-48Al, Ti-52Al, Ti-48Al-1Cr, Ti-48Al-4Cr) oxidized interruptedly at 700°C-1000°C for 100 h in static air. The surface morphologies, phase constitutions and particle distributions of the oxide films formed on the alloys were observed and analyzed using SEM/EDS and XRD techniques. The results show that the oxidation products mainly consist of R-TiO 2 and α-Al 2O 3. The oxides exist in mixture state when the alloys oxidized at low temperature for short time, while a pillar-like rutile layer forms on the porous mixture oxide when the alloys oxidized at high temperature for long time.
