摘要
This paper extended the applicability of Lyapunov-Razumikhin conditions and succeeded in deriving new sufficient stability criteria for non-Ito type linear engineering system. Markov theory was employed to give a complicated discussion of how to extend the applicability of Lyapunov-Razumikhin stability conditions to non-Ito type of linear engineering systems with randomly time-varying delays. A non-Ito type large-scale linear engineering system was decomposed into a family of isolated subsystems. Then an equation was obtained as the new stability criteria far a linear engineering system with randomly time varying delays. These criteria are related to the stabilities of the subsystems and to bounds on components interconnecting the subsystems.
