摘要
In order to realize numerical simulation of forging and establish the hot formation process parameter for BT20 alloy, the deformation resistance of this alloy during hot formation has been studied through experiments made with a Thermecmastor-Z machine, and the relationship among deformation temperature, strain rate, degree of deformation and deformation resistance has been established through metallurgical examinations. The results show that the flow stress is controlled by both strain rate and deformation temperature, the flow stress decreases with the increase of temperature, while increases with the increase of strain rate. According to the true stress-strain curves, the constitutive equation that reflects how the thermal mechanical parameters influence the forming of material is regressed.
