Study of cooperative models of technology supply chain in online social community

摘要

In this paper, we examine a technology supply chain with one manufacture and two technology suppliers in online social community. Manufacturer collects and process consumers demand information contained in community. Suppliers develop technology service guided by information with which manufacturer shares. Technology service is embedded in final product consumers consider desirable. Online social community is increasingly popular for large-scale organizations. Not only can it provide ongoing crowdsourcing activities, but it also contains tremendous consumer information. Consumer information is very valuable for developing innovative technology in supply chain. We study two models of supply chain cooperation. That is non-cooperation and suppliers cooperation. Comparing equilibrium value, we finds suppliers is strong motive to align with competitor. As a powerful bargainer, the manufacturer would also pleasure to invent two suppliers through many measures such as decreasing unit information fee etc. Our key contribution lies in modelling cooperative models of technology supply chain in online social community and analyzing their features of equilibrium solution. Our study contributes to the burgeoning field of technology supply chain and online social community.
