摘要
Traditional metal or semiconductor strain sensors cannot meet the requirements of conformal fit on the surface of the human body or flexible equipment, and flexible strain sensors have broad potential applications in this field. Carbon nanotubes (CNT) are ideal conductive fillers for flexible force-sensitive sensors because of their large aspect ratio, excellent tensile strength and good thermal and electrical conductivity. This paper systematically reviewed the synergistic effects of CNT hybrid with other sensing materials and the effects of hybrid conductive networks on sensing performance. To improve the performance of the sensor and meet its requirements for use in complex environments, the structural and functional designs of the sensors are summarized in detail. Additionally, the methods to decrease the aggregation of CNT conductive fillers during the fabrication of the sensors are also discussed. Finally, the potential applications and challenges of the CNT-based flexible strain sensors are discussed.
