摘要

The effects of aging processes on hardness properties and electric conductivity have been studied in a Cu-0.7Cr-0.13Zr alloy. Aging precipitation is dealt with by transmission electron microscopy (TEM). After solid solution treatment and aging at 500°C for 6 h, the hardness and electric conductivity can be 141 HV and 76%IACS respectively. The expanded dislocation and the coherent dispersion strengthening are proved to be the major factors contributed to the improvement of hardness of the alloy. After aging at 550°C for 2 h, hardness and electric conductivity are 126 HV and 77%IACS respectively. Precipitates are still small but not coherent with matrix. The optimum aging properties are hardness 134-141 HV and electric conductivity 72%-76%IACS at 500°C for 4-6 h.
