Simulation Study on Dynamic Fault of Hinged Flap Mechanism

摘要

The hinge flap mechanism is simple and easy to maintain, which is the development trend of flap mechanism. The current research methods of dynamic fault simulation of hinged flap mechanism can not realize the flap failure in the process of different position. To solve this problem, we now use the TEMPLEX tool to achieve flap failure during the movement of different position. According to the requirements of airworthiness clause CCAR25.671, based on a certain model of an airplane, the mechanism characteristics under the two failure modes of the joint bearing stuck and jam resistance and drive failure were studied by parameterized modeling and TEMPLEX tool, and the driving torque variation rule was analyzed. The results show that the degree of stuck has a great influence on the driving torque of the inner and outer mechanisms when stuck occurs at the joint bearing. When the jamming occurs, the driving torque increases sharply. When the outer drive fails, the inner drive torque increases significantly. In practice, we should focus on the lubrication of the inner and outer joint bearings of the flap to avoid the separate operation of the inner drive.
