摘要
An automatic aligning device was designed, which automatically aligned the flow through rear deflector under the action of incoming flow, so that the front baffle could be in the optimal position. This system enabled efficient power generation with low manufacturing costs. Based on this design, the influence of the rear deflector on the impeller in numerical simulation was studied. Results show that the lower of length the impeller and the farther away from the center of rotation, the effect on the power factor of the impeller is smaller. Due to the stability of power generation equipment and the limitation of engineering technology, the optimal placement position of the impeller is at the position of 2.64D from the center of rotation, where the power factor of the deflector on the impeller is less than 2.6%.
