title = "Relationship between the shear moduli of metallic glasses and their crystalline counterparts",
abstract = "It has been shown for 24 metallic alloys that temperature dependences of the relative changes of the shear moduli in the glassy and crystalline states below the glass transition are nearly equal, provided that structural relaxation is absent. This behavior supports the idea that the shear elasticities of glass and its crystalline counterpart are intrinsically interrelated, in agreement with the Interstitialcy theory.",
