N2 - P/M Ti-5Al-2. 5Sn (ELI) alloy was produced by PREP sphere Ti-5Al-2. 5Sn(ELI) powder and HIP(HIP) process. The properties were tested by tensile, the microstructures were observed by TEM and SEM. The study shows that the alloys HIPed at 950 CHIP have good properties, this is related with the microstructure and deformation rule.
